Preschool Program
At Learning Kidnections, we believe that children learn best through play. We provide an
opportunity to explore through hands- on experiences. We provide experiences in dramatic play,
sensory, language/literacy, large motor, fine motor, art, math and manipulatives, science, and
block exploration. We will guide children through theme related curriculum by adding
enrichments to the environment and asking open ended questions. We believe learning is a natural
process.

February 8-12 Valentine's Day; letter Vv
February 15-19 Hearts, Family, Love, letter Ll
February 22-26

Skills we are working on:
name recognition
Counting objects
cutting ( holding scissors correctly)
holding pencil correctly
colors & shapes
letter and numeral recognition
beginning phonics

These skills will be integrated into our daily themes/ activities. For those who
master these or already have, I will set new goals for them. If you have any
